Russell Roberts

Russell, licensed funeral director and embalmer, is an owner of the Community Funeral Home. Russell is a graduate of the Mid-America College of Funeral Service and has worked in funeral business for 37 years. He has served 13 years as Deputy Coroner, and 11 years as Coroner of Pike County.

Russell is married to Judy Roberts and has 4 children and 7 grandchildren. He is also a member of the Bent Branch Old Regular Baptist Church and a member of the Thomas C. Cecil Lodge #375 F&AM and the York Rite Bodies.

In 2009, Russell was honored by receiving the award of Master Coroner, which is the highest award given to coroners. This award is given based on the completion of criteria including education, service, and experience.

William "Bill" Maynard

Bill is an owner of the Community Funeral Home and has worked in funeral business for 16 years. He is the son of the late J. T. and Minnie Maynard. Bill is married to Bertha Maynard and has two sons, 7 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.

Bill is the pastor of the Piso Freewill Baptist Church and has been a minister for 57 years. He has also been a Rotarian for 41 years.

Franklin  has worked in funeral business for 16 years. He is Vice-President of Community Funeral Home, Franklin is also over the Monument Sales.  and a member of the Fraternal Order of Police, G. W. Young Lodge 29.

He is also a minister and of the Baptist Faith.

Sally is the secretary and bookkeeper for the funeral home. She has worked in funeral business for 16 years. Sally is married to John Francis and has three children and three grandchildren.
